Maintenance

Whether it's a stairlift, a platform lift, or a lift, Multi Brand Service offers attractive maintenance plans to maintain the system's original performance in terms of functionality and efficiency over time.

Maintenance aims to intervene preventively to avoid sudden breakdowns that can cause inconvenience both in the home and in public spaces.

Any replacement of components subject to greater wear following use, or of those components which, by their nature, are subject to deterioration regardless of the frequency of use,

They are carried out during maintenance interventions to contain costs and minimize machine downtime caused by the most at-risk components.

To relieve our customers of any excessive financial burdens at the beginning of the year, our maintenance plans are annual in duration and can be renewed on March 1st of each year.

Spare parts and technical assistance

Our mobile workshop is equipped with all the spare parts and tools needed to carry out the most common repairs on-site.

First-level telephone technical assistance is provided by qualified personnel following predefined procedures to collect the data needed to identify the fault and correctly report it to the technician.

Thanks to the training of our technical staff, we are able to provide targeted technical assistance services: from scheduled maintenance plans to maintain optimal performance of stairlifts and lifting platforms, to adjustments to adapt existing systems to new needs, to complete overhauls to restore the system's functionality and safety.

When repairs are particularly costly, Multi Brand Service can offer reconditioned stairlift units compatible with existing works or guide rails, all to reduce the costs associated with a possible total replacement of the installation.

Revision

At our inspection center, we carry out restoration and repairs even on older systems or those that have been out of service for long periods.

Overhauling a stairlift, cylinder, or hydraulic power unit extends the life of the system, providing significant benefits such as increased durability and improved asset optimization.

For discontinued systems, where it is difficult to find the necessary components for restoration, we offer upgrades and discuss with the customer the possibility of replacing them with remanufactured components.
